The focus of this program is on helping young ladies to develop positive self-esteem, possess outstanding relationship skills, build positive life skills, have a better understanding of their sexuality, make informed decisions about their career choices, and empower them to accomplish their goals and dreams. We hold classes, where we teach them essential life skills, set the right foundation to excel as the leaders of the future who will impact the lives of their families, communities, and the world at large.

The position of the female gender is a topic of debate in many countries of the world. In some countries, the female gender is discriminated upon. It is therefore necessary to educate and create awareness about the strengths and weaknesses of the female gender because of its vitality. Focused on young ladies, Exemplary Ladies Mentorship is a program, born as a result of a passion to see more females in leadership roles.

The role of the female gender in the society, household, economy and the world at large cannot be undermined, yet they are rarely regarded in the society; however, some organizations are now taking the initiatives to ensure the wellbeing of the female gender.
Exemplary Ladies imparts knowledge and skills to help young ladies to develop a sense of self-worth, possess exceptional relationships skills, have a greater knowledge of sexuality, make decent career choices, and empower them to achieve their goals and dreams.
The purpose of the program is to assist young ladies into becoming the best she can be, and to enable her to understand and exploit the potential within her as well as to open her eyes to the possibilities in her environment. Many of these ladies grew up in a society where a female’s voice was disregarded. As a result, many are adversely affected by low self-esteem, feelings of insufficiency and incompetency.
Every girl and every woman, has the potential to make this world a better place, and that potential lies in the act of thinking higher thoughts and feeling deeper things. When women and girls, everywhere, begin to see themselves as more that inanimate objects; but as beautiful beings capable of deep feeling and high thoughts, this has the capacity to create a change all around. The kind of change that is for the better.
